Process

About This Project

I joined Flowhub as a Senior UI/UX Designer. There I worked with Adam Meek and Kyle Kingston in the UX department. During my time at Flowhub we developed a nice dynamic with the team. Part of the activities we did were user testings (with dispensary owners) to test new product features and get feedback on existing features. Also collaborate with the Data Analysis team in the creation dashboards platforms that display information about sales and inventory for dispensary admins. Working at Flowhub taught me a lot about how POS platforms works in the cannabis industry, excellent work environment!

Tasks I performed in this project

  1. Built different features for a POS Platform, including prototypes, designs, and component library.
  2. Applied the results from user research and usability testing to create new features and improve the current ones.
  3. Identified UX problems in the platform and solved them.
  4. Gathered and evaluated user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  5. Defined UI and UX standards for different product features from the creation in the early stages to the launch.
